Warranty Period
Our warranty applies exclusively to clippers and trimmers. These items come with a limited warranty that covers certain aspects of their functionality. The warranty period is detailed in the booklet included with each clipper or trimmer purchase. This warranty is designed to protect you from potential manufacturing defects and ensures that you are receiving a reliable, high-performance product.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers the battery of the clipper or trimmer only. This means that if the battery fails within the specified warranty period, we will repair or replace the product as necessary.
Please note: The warranty does not cover the blades, even if they are found to be defective or worn out. If your clipper or trimmer is not cutting properly or appears to be slow in performance, the issue may be related to the blades themselves, which could have become blocked or damaged. In such cases, we advise checking and cleaning the blades regularly. If the issue persists, we recommend replacing the blades to restore the product’s performance.
How to Claim Your Warranty
To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

Special Warranty Conditions
The warranty only covers the battery and certain internal components of the clippers or trimmers. As mentioned previously, the blades are not covered by this warranty.
